Here are the recommendations for the schools in the city's northern neighborhoods released by the Baltimore City Public Schools on Tuesday. All recommendations have to be approved by the Baltimore City School Board. Too bad those numbers are probably low ball estimates...after the school board, the city council, and the mayor office give the contract to one of their own friends/cronies MBE's (remember minority business enterprise deals are not just for minorities, it's for women too...which means the only companies that cannot be given the contracts are those owned by white men that can't put their company … more ›
