Report: Seawall Sells First Remington Rehab Home

The developer has focused on providing solid, affordable housing options for teachers.

Seawall Development Corporation has sold its first rehabbed home as part of its Miller’s Square rehab projects in Remington, according to the Baltimore Messenger. The newspaper reported the home, at 307 Lorraine Ave., has been sold to Sean Flanigan, a 36-year-old single father, and that renovations should be complete on the home by Christmas time.     In March, Donald Manekin, of Seawall, told Patch that rehabbing homes near the companies Miller’s Court rehabilitation project was a logical next step for the company. "We have an opportunity to create a community of homes, and not a one-off house," Manekin said at the time.
