Hampden, considered one of North Baltimore's most thriving and growing neighborhoods, is the top community on Zillow's 10 Hottest Neighborhood List for 2013. Remington was the only other North Baltimore community to make Zillow’s list. The list is based on Zillow’s forecast projecting home values during the next 12 months, and was released earlier this week as part of its fourth quarter real estate market reports. Homes in Hampden are expected to appreciate by 4.2 percent during the next year compared to home values that appreciate 3 percent annually on average, according to the report. What do you mean Remington has been "plagued by troubles" in the recent past? How recent of a past? The 1930s? The entire City has been plagued by troubles. Every neighborhood on the list has been plagued by troubles. I don't think Remington needs a magnifying glass pointed at it! more ›
