ReplyMr. Weber, KK doesn't care about our opinions, he is really interested in FOK (friends of Kevin). This move is scandalous and should be investigated by a Grand Jury & O'Reilly. KK is "giving away" taxpayer property by questionable means.
What should we expect from Barry Willams? His sister is Adrienne Jones the deputy director of OHR Balto County and a delegate in Annapolis. Talk about political cronyism.
Jim Smith donated 420K to Schellenberger, and another 129K split between Quirk, Bevins and Sutley in the 2010 campaign. Whalen illegally contributed to Quirk and KK and Whalen was fined 53K. Quirk returned the money KK kept it.
Then there is the Ranier Harvey campaign ads. Harvey is a retired policeman who appeared in phony ads suggesting the police and firemen supported KK. In fact they did not. Ranier was rewarded with a 80K cushy job at DHR. I am waiting for Harvey to respond to several PIA requests. I want to know how much mileage reimbursement Abbey Niland gets for her POV at DHR. She lives in western Md, about 120 miles from her job. Who is paying for that gas Mr. Harvey? How many other vehicles are there being used by DHR employees Mr. Harvey? Why do you and Doug Gansler ignore PIA requests? You are required to respond within 30 days. And talking about that when Mr. Mike Field are you going to answer my PIA requests concern Dr. Branch's part time work schedule at DHR. Have you asked why he removed the reserved for DHR director sign Mr. Dallas.? -

ReplySteve, Mr. Beeler was asking a rhetorical question. You probably don't understand the concept. You will find that this is a device used when one knows the answer as Mr. Beeler has clearly demonstrated. It is beyond dispute, Mr. Beeler has the facts on his side. Taxpayers have the right to know of this transgression by the Chief of Police for Baltimore County and they should thank Mr. Beeler for his effort and vigilance.
There is no question that Mr. Beeler has the evidence and facts to support his allegations. It is sad, you will probably come back with some sort of attack words.
People see through your demeanor Steve - grow up.What is sadder there is apparently no response from Mr. Schellenberger, Kevin Kamentz, or members of his staff or the seven dwarfs. Why are they remaining silent on this very disturbing information? This is proof positive the good ole boy network works very well in Baltimore County.

ReplyWe can all pray and hope for divine intervention and pray that Senator Babs remains in good health until her term is up in 2017. After all, it is only four years away and she is a pretty feisty woman, who appears in good health.
Another benefit for her is she doesn't have to rely on OBama care. She and the other 99 Senators and 435 representatives have the best health care known to mankind. We peasants on the other hand are left out in the cold on our own. We, "the people", have to rely on this National health care debacle that no one can explain or understand.
Please remain in good health Senator Babs, and force OweMalley to get a real job.
O'Malley had no chance at the top spot in 2016 and Hilary's chances are slipping as her Bengazhi baggage is starting to come out of her closet.

ReplyDear Mr. Beeler:
I am curious, have you sent copies of your files on this Johnson mess to Gansler's office and the Feds. Schellenberger is part of the "good ole boy" system in Baltimore County. You may recall that Jim Smith gave him $420K and Quirk, Bevenins and Sutley split $129K for the 2010 race.
I am sure that this is another issue Bill O'Reilly and Jessie Watters would cover if they had the information. The taxpayers are getting screwed again. When is this corruption going to stop? I suppose on November 4, 2014 when these bums are thrown out of office.

ReplyMr. O'Malley and Ms. Clinton should go on O'Reilly together. Can you imagine the grilling (beatings) they would take?
Mr. O'Malley, you have enjoyed going on the liberal Sunday morning shows. Just think, if you went on the Factor, you can try to explain away, your jail house debacle that is more than seven years old. And yes, please bring Gary Maynard. He can carry your brief case and you can introduce Maynard to Mr. O'Reilly and Jessie Watters

ReplyAshley, a very good point. As I am sure you have figured out, many of the negative posts are from those who are in the tank for the political hacks who are destroying this great State.
Mr. Beeler has consistently posted factual info and does thorough research. When he writes something you can "put it in the bank" so to speak.
The information he has written about should trouble all law abiding citizens and this really shows what a crisis this State is in. Look at the debacle in Annapolis for this recently closed session of the General Assembly. What a mess.

ReplyWow Mr. Beeler! You are a patriot & never cease to amaze- a great job & another bombshell.Keep turning up the heat.
It should trouble all that the Chief of Police uses shenanigans and files false financial statements in his attempt to deceive. Johnson is a part of the Jim Smith crew. This corruption needs scrutiny and prosecution by the Feds. Schellenberger received 420K & Bevins, Quirk and Sutley split $129 from Jim Smith in 2010.
Should we rely on Messrs Kamenetz, Mohler, Homan, Field, Schellenberger and the County Auditor? I don't think so.
There is too much corruption going on by the various Maryland agencies. There is the SHA scandal, The OweMalley jail debacle, the Kangaroo Court at 401 Bosley, DHR allowing child abuse and covering up a rape for twenty years, Branch getting $178K for part time work, and cover ups by the social workers review board, the Citizens review board, Catholic Charities, Kennedy Krieger, The Attorney Grievance Commission charade, the Social Workers oversight review board, CPS, Johnson and his goons & many others. Then throw into the mix the NMS rape of a 89 y/o patient (and a lot more), then the Gaudenzia DHR/ medicaid fraud. Then add to this the billions of dollars that simply evaporated with no explanation of where the money went.
Bill O'Reilly, send Jessie Watters back to Maryland. These many scandals will keep him busy for a long while. A grand jury, then prosecution by the Feds is the only way to clean up this corruption.

ReplyStevie Boy, Did you see the O'Reilly Factor last night. O'Reilly and Jessie Watters really exposed the OweMalley Baltimore prison scandal that he and Maynard own. Google "Jessie Watters confronts Gov. O'Malley over disgusting Baltimore Prison Gang." If you can understand simple English you will then understand that it is your leader who is responsible for this scandal.

Cary Quinta, you raised a great point.
I respectfully suggest that KK and the seven dwarfs hold a good old fashion town hall meeting. Place this most important issue to all the voters. Let everyone have the opportunity to express their opinion. A handful of political hacks are not granted a license to sell off public property, and probably to a developer FOK (Friend of Kevin).
These politicians have not been given the license to sell of public land.
Cary Quintana, Would you support a public meeting on this issue instead of the back room dealing that is so prominent with the KK administration? Where is the accountability, transparency that is so important to our system of Government? KK is not a supreme ruler or dictator although he acts like one. Remember he told seniors that it is his job to speak and our jobs to listen. Listen to what the same old nonsense?
This behavior by the Baltimore County politicians is expected in Venezuela, Russia or some third world County. We are Americans, and the greatest Nation on earth. Voters should speak up now because in the flash of eye, these valuable properties will be gone forever.
