Agreed to all except the trash cans. Public trashcans end up over flowing and becoming a bigger mess than not having one. Also attracts bugs including bees. Unless we are going to pay someone to empty the can daily don't put one up. It forces people to take trash with them instead of just leaving it. That's why you wont see a trash can in state parks.

ReplyFolks this was not random. I think we all know it was most likely a drug deal of some sort gone wrong. Ladies and gentlemen we need to take back our neighborhoods from thugs. We cannot allow the scum to take over our our streets where our kids play. Some of these folks come from outside the area but some live in the neighborhoods. If you know of criminals living in your area call the white marsh precinct and report it. If they don't do anything, report it again. Do not put up with this activity on YOUR street.

Sure blame the victim. While I agree you need to lock your car. We should all be able to leave everything unlocked and out in the open without worrying about someone stealing our stuff.
