ReplyThis was the most exciting part of MARC's 2007 growth and investment plan. Glad to see that 6 years later the state may get around to funding it.

ReplyRoads don't just magically appear, and the current 24.5 cents per gallon doesn't buy what it did when it was last set over 20 years ago.
I drive roughly 25,000/year, which is about twice the national average. Doing the math, the extra 3 cents per gallon should cost me about 25 dollars over the course of the year.
I think I can handle that...

Here's the response to my feedback:
Hello Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
We appreciate your suggestion that we build a new store in the Odenton, MD area. We are always looking for new store locations. I will let our Real Estate office know of your desire for a store there. While I can't make any promises, we will certainly take your request into consideration. We hope that one day we can serve you more conveniently.
Thank you, again, for sharing your thoughts with us. We appreciate hearing from you.

ReplyI sent Giant some feedback from their website telling them that I grew up shopping at a Giant (true) and that I would love to shop there again if they were to open up in Odenton.
I'm sure it doesn't carry too much weight, but if you want to reach out to them and encourage them to come here, here's the link:

ReplyGiant Food would be another grocery store that could work in there - next closest one is right next to the Shoppers, and is a bit of a haul.

ReplyIt won't be long before the shopping center will have more vacant space than actual stores.

Traffic capacity doesn't necessarily mean beautification projects. How much would it cost to add a third lane on 32 West from 198 to 175? It would completely eliminate the backup that forms every evening when traffic merging in from 198 brings things to a complete halt. It would also give more space for people getting off on 175 to get to the right so that through traffic headed to 97 can stay left and keep rolling.

How economically viable is the BWI parkway? 95?
If you don't like the taxes, you can always move - I hear Texas has nice low taxes, provided you don't mind the occasional industrial disaster in your backyard.
