Change in Northern District Command Announced

Ross Buzzuro, Northern District commander, has been promoted to lieutenant colonel and will serve as one of two patrol area commanders.

The Baltimore Police Department announced that Ross Buzzuro, commander of the Northern District, has been promoted to lieutenant colonel.

Buzzuro will serve as one of two patrol area commanders in the city.

Sabrina Tap-Harper was promoted to the rank of major and will take over command of the Northern District.
