Nonprofit to Auction Vacant Baltimore Homes

The houses, located in several city neighborhoods, are available for a minimum bid of $5,000 through One House at a Time.

A nonprofit receiver will be auctioning 56 vacant homes in several neighborhoods throughout the city. 

One House at a Time, a nonprofit building receiver, will auction of the properties at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday at Union Mill in Hampden, according to a news release. 

The properties being auctioned off are located in neighborhoods such as Remington, Reservoir Hill and Station North Arts District, and are available for a minimum bid of $5,000.

One House at a Time is a court appointed nonprofit receiver that has sold 400 vacant city homes to qualified developers.
